Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and computer networking.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
