About the Role

The Marketing Intern will support the company's marketing initiatives by creating engaging digital content, managing social media platforms, assisting with online marketing campaigns, and contributing to lead generation activities for the company's software products. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in digital marketing while working in a dynamic technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging marketing content for social media platforms.

• Assist in managing the company's Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media accounts.

• Develop creative graphics, videos, and promotional materials.

• Support content scheduling and publishing across digital platforms.

Digital Marketing

• Assist with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

• Support lead generation activities for the company's software products.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.

• Research digital marketing trends and recommend creative ideas to improve engagement.

Brand Promotion

• Help maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels.

• Promote company products and services through digital platforms.

• Engage with online audiences professionally and respond to inquiries where appropriate.

• Support marketing events and promotional activities when required.

Administrative Support

• Maintain organized marketing files and digital assets.

• Assist with preparing presentations and marketing materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on ongoing projects.

• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate.

• Must be a resident of Chipata, Eastern Province.

• Must own a personal laptop.

• Good written and spoken English.

Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

• An interest in digital marketing, social media, or content creation.

• Previous experience with creative or digital marketing tools will be an added advantage.

• A portfolio or examples of creative work will be an added advantage.
