Open Positions
1. Security Supervisor (2 Positions)
Location: Mpongwe Farm
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily security operations and guard deployments.
Monitor access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
Conduct routine patrols and inspections across farm premises.
Support investigations into theft, accidents, and security incidents.
Ensure compliance with company security procedures and shift schedules.
Maintain occurrence books, incident reports, and security records.
Coordinate emergency response and evacuation procedures.
Promote health, safety, and security standards.
Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate.
Certificate or training in Security, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' relevant work experience.
Skills & Competencies
Security operations and access control.
Incident investigation and report writing.
Risk assessment and loss prevention.
Emergency response and crisis management.
Patrol planning and perimeter security.
2. Security Officer (6 Positions)
Location: Mpongwe Farm
Key Responsibilities
Protect farm premises, equipment, and company assets.
Conduct regular patrols and monitor assigned areas.
Control entry and exit points for personnel and vehicles.
Respond to emergencies and security threats.
Enforce company security and safety policies.
Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate.
Security training is an added advantage.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills.
Self-motivated and reliable.
Accurate and punctual.
Ability to work independently.
3. Security Driver (2 Positions)
Location: Mpongwe
Key Responsibilities
Transport security personnel, visitors, management, and company assets.
Conduct mobile security patrols.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies.
Perform daily vehicle inspections.
Maintain vehicle logbooks and incident reports.
Support investigations and access control activities.
Report hazards and suspicious activities.
Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate.
Valid Driver's Licence.
Security training is an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
Skills & Competencies
Safe driving practices.
Good communication skills.
Reliable and detail-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure.
4. BUCF Clerk (1 Position)
Location: Mpongwe
Key Responsibilities
Capture GRVs and process internal and external invoices.
Conduct monthly stock takes.
Ensure all ordered goods are received.
Reconcile crop harvest records with accounts.
Monitor departmental expenditures.
Prepare budget amendments and purchase requisitions.
Supervise the fuel attendant and store personnel.
Prepare CAPEX forms.
Issue farm inputs for operational use.
Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate.
Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
Skills & Competencies
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Professional and respectful attitude.
Ability to work under pressure.
5. Club Coordinator (1 Position)
Location: Mpongwe
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day club operations.
Organize club events, meetings, and activities.
Promote member participation and engagement.
Maintain membership records and club documentation.
Coordinate communication between members and stakeholders.
Support implementation of club programs.
Oversee club facilities and resources.
Prepare reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
Ensure compliance with club policies and procedures.
Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate.
Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Professional and proactive.
Detail-oriented.
Able to work under pressure.
