About the Role
Asili Enterprise Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pest Control Specialist to join its professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting pest inspections, carrying out pest control and fumigation treatments, and helping protect homes, businesses, and communities while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspections to identify pest infestations.
Plan and carry out pest control and fumigation treatments.
Safely mix, handle, and apply pesticides and fumigants.
Prepare service reports and maintain treatment records.
Advise clients on pest prevention and hygiene practices.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintain pest control equipment and protective gear.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
Grade 12 School Certificate.
Diploma or Degree in Environmental Health, Environmental Engineering, Agriculture, Biological Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
Training or certification in Pest Control/Fumigation is an added advantage.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred).
Valid driver's licence is an added advantage.
Skills & Attributes
Good communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of pest identification and control methods.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours.
