NovaLuck Co. is recruiting skilled personnel on behalf of Henan Overseas Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. for multiple positions in Lusaka. The recruitment drive is aimed at experienced heavy vehicle drivers and roller operators who can support construction and engineering operations.
Tipper Drivers will be responsible for operating heavy tipper trucks in a safe and professional manner while supporting construction and related site activities.
Roller Operators will be responsible for operating road rollers and supporting construction activities requiring soil, gravel, or road-surface compaction.
Applicants should possess:
At least 2 years of relevant driving experience.
A valid Class C Driver’s Licence.
A clear and valid National Registration Card (NRC).
A registered and verified Airtel mobile number.
A reliable and functional mobile phone for communication.
Applicants should possess:

Preferably more than 5 years of experience operating road rollers.
A clear and valid National Registration Card (NRC).

Good understanding of workplace and road safety requirements.
Reliability and professionalism.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a construction team.
Good communication and availability through a functional mobile phone.
Care and responsibility for assigned vehicles or equipment.
The successful candidates will work in the construction and engineering sector in Lusaka, where duties may involve operating heavy vehicles and construction equipment at active project sites. Candidates should be prepared to work in an environment that requires adherence to safety procedures and operational instructions.
