About the Role

Chibuku Products Limited, Malawi's leading traditional and total beverages producer, is seeking motivated and results-driven professionals to join its team as Trade Execution Representatives. The successful candidates will drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure effective execution of trade and marketing activities within their assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.

• Gather and report market intelligence.

• Promote and market company products.

• Manage company coolers and cold-space allocations.

• Ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or trade execution.

• Valid Motorcycle Licence.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
