About the Role

The General Worker will be responsible for carrying out a variety of manual and operational tasks as assigned, maintaining cleanliness and order within the workplace, and supporting different departments to ensure efficient daily operations. Successful candidates will be expected to work collaboratively, follow instructions, and uphold company standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

General Operations

• Perform general manual labour and operational duties as assigned.

• Support daily activities across various departments.

• Load, unload, move, and arrange materials where required.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas.

Team Support

• Follow instructions from supervisors accurately and efficiently.

• Work cooperatively with colleagues to achieve operational goals.

• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Safety & Compliance

• Observe workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

• Maintain good personal hygiene and professional conduct.

• Use company equipment and materials responsibly.

• Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Minimum Grade 7 Certificate.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Valid Police Clearance Certificate.

• Valid Medical Report.

Experience

Previous work experience is an added advantage but is not mandatory. Suitable candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn and perform manual duties effectively.
