About the Roles

Kinetic Solutions Ltd is recruiting skilled professionals across multiple disciplines to support the planning, execution, supervision, quality assurance, safety management, and successful delivery of renewable energy, electrical power, and telecommunications infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on the position but may include:

Project & Site Management

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise project activities.

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.

• Manage project resources, schedules, and reporting.

• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

Engineering & Technical Operations

• Design, install, inspect, and commission electrical and renewable energy systems.

• Supervise construction and installation activities.

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and technical specifications.

• Support troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of electrical infrastructure.

Health, Safety & Environmental Management

• Promote compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.

• Monitor environmental and social compliance throughout project implementation.

• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.

Quality Assurance & Control

• Inspect project materials and completed works.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements.

• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Relevant academic qualifications and professional certifications appropriate to the position applied for.

• Engineers must possess a valid Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) registration and practicing certificate.

• Supervisory personnel must be registered with the National Council for Construction (NCC).

• Electrical Installers must possess a valid Electrician's License and Trade Certificate.

• OHS, EHS, and Social Welfare Officers must possess relevant qualifications and active professional memberships.

Experience

The ideal candidates should have:

• Proven experience in electrical power systems, solar photovoltaic (PV), renewable energy, or telecommunications infrastructure projects.

• Practical experience relevant to the position being applied for.

• A clean disciplinary record.

• Medical fitness to work in demanding outdoor project environments.
