About the Internship
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in carrying out daily administrative and personnel-related activities. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organise employee records and HR files.
• Prepare HR correspondence and administrative documents.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and personnel record management.
• Support training and staff development programmes.
• Help organise HR meetings, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Business • Administration, or a related field.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
